No. The range you see is preliminary, based on your answers. Our office reviews your address and photo and confirms your quote before anything is scheduled.

Both cover installation, in-season service and January removal every season, with your labeled lights going back up each year. The 5-year plan also includes one standard gutter cleaning each year, within the approved scope. Both are priced with your quote.

Installation dates are scheduled in order once your quote is confirmed. Booking early gets you the widest choice of dates.

Yes. After January removal we label every strand by roofline and leave them with you to store. On a 3- or 5-year plan we install those same lights again each season.

While installing, a TRC roofer does a visual inspection and sends you photos of what they saw, with a short summary of your roof's condition. It's free with every installation.
